Section 8-20-7.1 Compensation of dealers for recall repairs. (a) For the purposes of this section,
the following words have the following meanings: (1) MANUFACTURER. A manufacturer, distributor
or wholesaler, factory branch, or distributor branch. (2) STOP-SALE ORDER. A notification
issued by a manufacturer to its franchised new motor vehicle dealers stating that certain
used vehicles in inventory shall not be sold or leased, at either retail or wholesale, due
to a federal safety recall for a defect or a noncompliance, or a federal emissions recall.
(b) A manufacturer shall compensate its new motor vehicle dealers for all labor and parts
required by the manufacturer to perform recall repairs. Compensation for recall repairs shall
be reasonable. If parts or a remedy are not reasonably available to perform a recall service
or repair on a used vehicle held for sale by a dealer authorized to sell and service new vehicles

Section 16-1-2.3 Requirements for restroom facilities at public or private high school sports
stadiums. (a) This section applies to all of the following: (1) Any existing public or private
high school sports stadium for which otherwise applicable state or local building or plumbing
codes or state or local laws or regulations would require a change in the amount of plumbing
fixtures on or after June 6, 2019. (2) Public or private high school sports stadiums constructed
on or after June 6, 2019. (b) Notwithstanding any otherwise applicable state or local building
or plumbing codes or state or local laws or regulations that specifically pertain to the number
of required plumbing fixtures in a stadium, stadiums described in subsection (a) shall meet
the following requirements: (1) Men's restrooms shall be equipped with all the following:
a. One plumbing fixture per 200 seats for the first 1,500 seats of total stadium occupancy.
b. One plumbing fixture per 250 seats for the next 1,500 seats...

Section 2-27-57 Rules and regulations - Generally. The commissioner, with the approval of the
board, is hereby authorized to promulgate such rules and regulations as are reasonable and
necessary to carry out the evident intent and purpose of the provisions and requirements of
this article; provided, that any such regulations shall not be inconsistent with regulations
by the state or federal government respecting safety in air navigation or operation of aircraft.
The commissioner shall consult with other officials before issuing regulations directly related

Section 2-31-17 Penalty. Any person who engages in business as a grain dealer without securing
a license or who does not have a valid license or is in violation of this article or the rules
and regulations promulgated thereunder or who shall impede, obstruct, hinder or otherwise
prevent or attempt to prevent the commissioner or his duly authorized agent in performance
of his duty in connection with this article or its rules and regulations or any grain dealer
who refuses to permit inspection of his premises, books, accounts or records as provided in
this article, besides having his license suspended, revoked or refused to be renewed, may

Section 28-3A-3 Authority of board to issue licenses to engage in alcoholic beverage transactions.
(a) Subject to the provisions of this chapter and regulations promulgated thereunder, the
board is authorized and empowered to issue and renew licenses to reputable and responsible

Section 32-5-244 Lights on parked vehicles. (a) Whenever a vehicle is lawfully parked upon
a street or highway during the hours between a half hour after sunset and a half hour before
sunrise where there is sufficient light to reveal any person or object within a distance of
500 feet upon such street or highway no lights need to be displayed upon such parked vehicle.
(b) Whenever a vehicle is parked or stopped upon a roadway or shoulder adjacent thereto, whether
attended or unattended, during the hours between a half hour after sunset and half hour before
sunrise and there is not sufficient light to reveal any person or object within a distance
of 500 feet upon such highway, such vehicle so parked or stopped shall be equipped with one
or more lamps which shall exhibit a white or amber light on the roadway side visible from
a distance of 500 feet to the front of such vehicle and a red light visible from a distance

Section 32-5-252 Approval of lighting devices; prohibited lamps and devices; regulations; lists
of approved devices to be published. (a) No person shall have for sale, or offer for sale
for use upon or as a part of the equipment of a motor vehicle, trailer, or semitrailer, or

Section 32-5-64 Persons under 16 years of age operating motor vehicles - Prohibited; driver
training programs. Any person under the age of 16 years who shall drive or operate any motor
vehicle upon the public highways of this state shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall
be dealt with as provided by the juvenile laws of this state. This section shall not apply
to any student enrolled in a driver training program approved by the State Superintendent
of Education or the Director of Public Safety while driving or operating a motor vehicle pursuant
to the instructional program. However, no student in any driver training program who is under

Section 45-15-220 Casting light from motor vehicle for hunting. (a) In Cleburne County, it
shall be unlawful for any person, or one or more of a group of persons together, to willfully
throw or cast, or cause to be thrown or cast, the rays of a spotlight, headlight, or other
artificial light from any motor vehicle, with the aid of any motor vehicle, on any highway,
or in any field, woodland, or forest, in an apparent attempt or with intent to locate deer
and/or other wildlife. This section shall not apply to farmers while checking livestock upon
land which they own, lease, or rent, emergency vehicles, law enforcement vehicles, and public
utility vehicles. (b) Any violation of this section shall be a misdemeanor and punishable
