by agency designated by commission. All persons holding administrative office at the time
the mayor/commission/city manager form of government is adopted shall continue in office and
in the performance of their duties until provision shall have been made in accordance therewith

Section 40-2-44 Assistant Commissioner of Revenue. There is hereby created the office of Assistant
Commissioner of Revenue of the Department of Revenue. Such Assistant Commissioner of Revenue
shall possess the qualifications and take the oath of office required by law of the Commissioner

voting in the referendum provided herein choose a mayor-council form of government, the following
