Section 27-62-3 Definitions. For purposes of this chapter, the following words have the following meanings: (1) AUTHORIZED INDIVIDUAL. An individual known to and screened by the licensee and determined to be necessary and appropriate to have access to the nonpublic information held by the licensee and its information systems. (2) COMMISSIONER. The Commissioner of Insurance. (3) CONSUMER. Section 13A-9-150 Public assistance fraud; penalties. (a) For the purposes of this section, public assistance means money or property provided directly or indirectly to eligible persons through programs of the federal government, the state, or any political subdivision thereof, including any program administered by a public housing authority. Section 40-9F-4 Tax credits calculated, claimed, reserved, granted; transfer or assignment of tax credits. (a) The state portion of any tax credit against the tax imposed by Chapters 16 and 18, for the taxable year in which the certified rehabilitation is placed in service, shall be equal to 25 percent of the qualified rehabilitation expenditures for certified historic structures, and shall be 10 percent of the qualified rehabilitation expenditures for qualified pre-1936 non-historic structures. Section 27-31A-3 Risk retention groups chartered in this state. (a)(1) A risk retention group shall, pursuant to this title, be chartered and licensed to write only liability insurance pursuant to this chapter and, except as provided elsewhere in this chapter, shall comply with all of the laws, rules, regulations, and requirements applicable to the insurers chartered and licensed in this state and with Section 27-31A-4, to the extent the requirements are not a limitation on laws, rules, regulations, or requirements of this state. (a) After a municipal code lien has been recorded with the office of the probate judge of the county in which the real property lies, the Class 2 municipality may identify those properties on which to commence a judicial in rem foreclosure in accordance with this article, except that those properties the Class 2 municipality identifies as owner occupied shall not be subject to judicial in rem foreclosure under this article.
