Section 32-2-40 Establishment authorized; composition; members to serve without compensation.
The Director of the Department of Public Safety is hereby authorized to establish a state
trooper reserve of the Alabama state troopers to be composed of such persons who may volunteer
to serve as state trooper reserves of the Alabama state troopers. Such service to be without
