Section 31-9C-2 Alabama First Responder Wireless Commission. (a) There is created the Alabama First Responder Wireless Commission, which shall be responsible for promoting the efficient use of public resources to ensure that law enforcement, fire and rescue services, and essential public health and emergency support personnel have effective communication services available in emergency situations, and to ensure the rapid restoration of such communication services in the event of disruption caused by natural disaster, terrorist attack, or other public emergency. (b) The commission shall consist of the following members: (1) The Governor or his or her designee. (2) The Director of the Alabama Department of Transportation or his or her designee. Section 8-38-2 Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings: (1) BREACH OF SECURITY or BREACH. Section 32-13-2 Removal of motor vehicles; liability; lien on vehicles removed; notice. (a) A law enforcement officer or, in a Class 1 municipality, a parking enforcement officer or traffic enforcement officer who is not required to be certified by the Alabama Peace Officers' Standards and Training Commission, may cause a motor vehicle to be removed to the nearest garage or other place of safety under any of the following circumstances: (1) The motor vehicle is left unattended on a public street, road, or highway or other property for a period of at least 48 hours.
