Section 32-5A-60 Throwing, dropping, etc., destructive or injurious materials onto highway, road, etc., prohibited; removal; penalty. (a) No person shall throw or deposit upon or alongside any highway, road, street, or public right-of-way any bottle, glass, nails, tacks, wire, cans, cigarettes, cigars, containers of urine, or any other substance likely to injure any person, animal, or vehicle upon or alongside the highway, road, street, or public right-of-way. (b) Any person who throws, drops, or permits to be thrown or dropped, upon any highway any destructive or injurious material shall immediately remove the material or cause it to be removed.
