Section 41-8-21 Enactment of compact; form. The Interstate Library Compact is hereby enacted
into law and entered into by this state with all states legally joining therein in the form
substantially as follows: INTERSTATE LIBRARY COMPACT. Article I. Policy and Purpose. Because
the desire for the services provided by libraries transcends governmental boundaries and can
most effectively be satisfied by giving such services to communities and people regardless

Section 11-50A-6 Board of directors; election committee; meetings; officers; compensation;
recordkeeping. (a) The board of directors of the authority shall be elected by the duly designated
representatives of the municipalities which are authorized and directed to designate a member
of the election committee as hereinafter provided in this section. Until the first meeting

addition to all other taxes of every kind now imposed by law, and shall be collected as provided
herein, a privilege or license tax against every home service provider doing business in the
State of Alabama on account of the furnishing of mobile telecommunications service to a customer

Section 2-25-6 Inspection certificate required for nurserymen and dealers in nursery stock;
fees. (a)(1) Before any nurseryman or dealer in nursery stock may sell, offer, or expose for
sale or distribution in this state any nursery stock, he or she shall apply for and obtain
from the commissioner an inspection certificate indicating compliance with the provisions
of this article and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder. The inspection certificate
shall, among other requirements, be based upon an inspection conducted by the commissioner
