Section 32-12A-3 Application for registration; fees; registered agents. (a) An application for registration or continued registration shall be made to the Secretary of the Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency or an authorized agent of the agency in a form prescribed by the secretary. The form shall state the name and address of every owner of the vehicle. (b) A person who purchases an all-terrain vehicle or recreational off-highway vehicle from a retail dealer shall make application for registration to the dealer at the point of sale. The dealer shall submit the completed registration application and fees to the secretary at least once each month. Section 32-12A-1 Definitions. For purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES (ATV). Section 32-5A-191 (Effective until July 1, 2023) Driving while under influence of alcohol, controlled substances, etc. (a) A person shall not drive or be in actual physical control of any vehicle while: (1) There is 0.08 percent or more by weight of alcohol in his or her blood; (2) Under the influence of alcohol; (3) Under the influence of a controlled substance to a degree which renders him or her incapable of safely driving; (4) Under the combined influence of alcohol and a controlled substance to a degree which renders him or her incapable of safely driving; or (5) Under the influence of any substance which impairs the mental or physical faculties of such person to a degree which renders him or her incapable of safely driving. Section 32-12A-7 Fees; renewal of registration. (a) The fee for a three-year registration of an all-terrain vehicle or recreational off-highway vehicle under this section, other than those registered by a dealer or manufacturer, is as follows: (1) For public use, forty-five dollars ($45). Section 40-17-350 Transportation of motor fuel; inspections. (a) Each person operating a refinery or terminal in Alabama shall prepare and provide to the driver of every highway vehicle receiving motor fuel at the facility a shipping document setting out on its face the destination state as represented to the terminal operator by the shipper or the shipper's agent.
