Section 32-13-9 Administration of chapter; assistance of law enforcement agencies and officers.
The department shall administer this chapter and may call upon any law enforcement agency
and officer of this state for assistance as it may deem necessary in order to ensure enforcement.
Law enforcement agencies and officers shall render assistance to the department as requested.

Section 41-15B-2.2 Allocation of trust fund revenues. (a) For each fiscal year, beginning October
1, 1999, contingent upon the Children First Trust Fund receiving tobacco revenues and upon
appropriation by the Legislature, an amount of up to and including two hundred twenty-five
thousand dollars ($225,000), or equivalent percentage of the total fund, shall be designated
for the administration of the fund by the council and the Commissioner of Children's Affairs.

Section 16-33B-4 Basic powers and duties of the Alabama Commission on Higher Education for
