Section 11-96-2 Allocation of appropriated funds in proportion to size of poverty level population served. Funds appropriated for the purpose of Section 11-96-1 shall be allocated annually to community action agencies in proportion to the size of the poverty level population served by the agency when compared to the size of the poverty level population and available resources in the state. "Poverty level population" means the number of people whose household income is below the official poverty line established by the United States Director of the Office of Management and Budget. Section 36-18-32 DNA Database Fund. (a) There is hereby established a special fund to be known as the Alabama DNA Database Fund. (b) The fund shall be placed under the management or administration of the Director of the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences for the exclusive purposes of implementing the provisions of this article. The Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources may establish by rule oyster management stations to be used by persons or boats harvesting or landing oysters taken from the public reefs or public water bottoms of this state. The oyster management stations so established in conjunction with other locations designated by the Director of the Marine Resources Division and approved in writing by the commissioner shall be the only ports used by persons or boats landing such oysters in Alabama by water and it is unlawful to so use any other port for landing oysters.
