Section 31-9C-6 Legislative intent. It is the intent of the Legislature that all state entities and agencies make available for the purposes of this chapter all publicly owned communication towers, microwave or fiber optic lines, shelters, transmission frequencies, and other related properties and facilities. (a) The Legislature of Alabama hereby finds and determines that the responsible stewardship of its state-owned and leased real property is a proper governmental function of the State of Alabama.
