Section 9-16-92 Inspections; authority to inspect records, equipment, premises; etc.; violations; maintenance of records, etc., by permittee; authority to enter upon all lands of the state. (a) The board shall have the power to make and enforce rules and regulations governing the design, construction, location, installation, and operation of containers, tanks, systems, and equipment for storing, utilizing, handling, and transporting liquefied petroleum gases and rules to secure the substantial accuracy of all meters, safety devices, and regulators generally used in connection with such gases. Section 27-25-9 Violations; enforcement of chapter; penalties. (a) Each individual transaction which is in violation of this chapter or which does not otherwise conform to the requirements of this chapter shall be considered a violation.
