Section 31-5-7 State Service Commissioner - Duties generally; compensation. (a) The

an annual budget of all funds appropriated by the Legislature to the department for the specific

Section 41-15B-2.2 Allocation of trust fund revenues. (a) For each fiscal year, beginning
October 1, 1999, contingent upon the Children First Trust Fund receiving tobacco revenues

Section 31-6-10 Application for benefits; determination and certification of eligibility.
All applications for benefits accruing under this chapter must be made to the State Department
of Veterans' Affairs. The State Service Commissioner, or any official of the department designated
by him, is hereby charged with the responsibility and duty of determining the eligibility
of each applicant for the benefits under this chapter; provided, however, that such determination
