Section 45-37-121.22 Political activities prohibited. No person shall be appointed or promoted
to, or demoted or dismissed from any position, or in any way favored or discriminated against
with respect to employment because of his or her political or religious opinions or affiliations
or his or her race. No person shall seek or attempt to use any political endorsement in connection

Section 11-57-1 Definitions. The following words and phrases, whenever used in this chapter,

Section 22-30D-3 Definitions. Unless otherwise defined in this chapter, the definitions of
terms included in Section 22-30-3 shall be applicable to this chapter. For the purposes of

Section 24-4A-3 Powers and duties of commission generally; insignia of approval; modification
of units prior to or during installation; authority of local government agencies; fee schedule;
