Section 31-2A-76 (Article 76.) Finality of proceedings, findings, and sentences. The appellate
review of records of trial provided by this code, the proceedings, findings, and sentences
of courts-martial as approved, reviewed, or affirmed as required by this code, and all dismissals
and discharges carried into execution under sentences by courts-martial following approval,
review, or affirmation as required by this code, are final and conclusive. Orders publishing
the proceedings of courts-martial and all action taken pursuant to those proceedings are binding

Section 31-2A-37 (Article 37.) Unlawfully influencing action of court. (a) No authority convening
a general, special, or summary court-martial, nor any other commanding officer, or officer
serving on the staff thereof, may censure, reprimand, or admonish the court or any member,
the military judge, or counsel thereof, with respect to the findings or sentence adjudged
by the court or with respect to any other exercise of its or their functions in the conduct

of a general or special court-martial shall prosecute in the name of the state, and, under

Section 27-60-2 Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Compact. The State of Alabama hereby
agrees to the following interstate compact known as the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation

Section 40-2B-2 Alabama Tax Tribunal. (a) Statement of Purpose. To increase public confidence
in the fairness of the state tax system, the state shall provide an independent agency with
tax expertise to resolve disputes between the Department of Revenue and taxpayers, prior to
requiring the payment of the amounts in issue or the posting of a bond, but after the taxpayer
has had a full opportunity to attempt settlement with the Department of Revenue based, among

Section 45-8A-22.13 Removal, suspension, or discharge; appeal; charges; hearings, investigations,

employee or grandfathered employee provided that within five days a report in writing of such
