Section 12-22-200 Rules and regulations. The Supreme Court of the State of Alabama, with the
advice and consultation with the Court of Criminal Appeals of Alabama, is authorized to adopt
all needful rules and regulations designed to accomplish the purposes set forth in this division;
such rules and regulations duly adopted shall have the force and effect of law. The circuit
courts and other courts of the state having jurisdiction over proceedings under this division
shall have authority to adopt all needful rules and regulations not in conflict with the rules

Section 2-2-31 Seizure and condemnation of adulterated, misbranded or substandard article.
Any article, substance, material or product which is subject to the provisions of this article
which is adulterated, misbranded or under the standard, grade, weight or measure claimed,
within the meaning of any provision of law or rules and regulations under authority of law,
and which is manufactured for sale, held in possession with intent to sell, offered or exposed
for sale or sold or delivered within this state shall be liable to be proceeded against in
the circuit court of the county where the same is found and seized for confiscation by writ

Section 31-2A-47 (Article 47.) Refusal to appear or testify. (a) Any person not subject to
this code who does all of the following may be punished by the military court in the same
manner as a criminal court of the state: (1) Has been duly subpoenaed to appear as a witness
or to produce books and records before a court-martial or court of inquiry, or before any
military or civil officer designated to take a deposition to be read in evidence before such

(a) The Baldwin County Commission is authorized to regulate the minimum size of lots located
