Section 45-49-101.01 Definitions. The following definitions and provisions shall apply to this part: (1) BOARD. A county or city board of education, or the governing body of a school system located in Mobile County. (2) COURT. A district court located in Mobile County if a school bus violation occurs in an unincorporated area, or a municipal court located in Mobile County if a violation occurs in an incorporated municipality. (3) ELECTRONIC DEVICE. Any camera or recording device that uses a vehicle sensor and camera synchronized to automatically record by video, photograph, or full motion streaming video, a motor vehicle approaching or overtaking a school bus that is stopped for the purpose of receiving or discharging school children in violation of Section 32-5A-154. (a) It shall be unlawful to dispose of solid waste except by sanitary landfill, incineration, recycling process, or other method approved by the director, consistent with applicable state law, operated by the county or permitted and possessing certificates of need as required herein. Section 11-53A-23 Notice to require owner to abate nuisance or to request hearing. (a) The notice shall require the owner to abate the nuisance within the time stated in the notice or to request a hearing before the administrative officer designated by the mayor or council to determine whether there has been a violation. The notice shall apprise the owner of the facts of the alleged nuisance and shall name the particular date, time, and place for the hearing, if requested. Whenever real property is acquired by a state agency in connection with any programs or projects, the acquisition shall be conducted, to the greatest extent practicable, in accordance with the following: (1) An agency shall make every reasonable effort to acquire, expeditiously, real property by negotiation.
