Section 41-10-44.2 Additional definitions. In addition to the definitions contained in Sections
41-10-20 and 41-10-36, the following terms shall have the following meanings, respectively,
when used in this Article 2A unless the context clearly requires otherwise: (1) APPROVED COMPANY.
Any corporation, partnership, trust or other form of business entity approved by the authority
pursuant to the provisions hereof. (2) FINANCING AGREEMENT. Any loan, agreement, financing
agreement, credit agreement, security agreement, mortgage, guaranty agreement or other type
of agreement entered into by the authority and an approved company in connection with the
financing of a project by the authority. (3) INDUSTRIAL or RESEARCH ENTERPRISE. Any trade
or business described in 1987 Standard Industrial Classification Major Group 07, Major Groups

Section 11-88-1 Definitions. When used in this article, the following words and phrases shall
have the following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
(1) APPLICANT. A natural person who files a written application with the governing body of

Section 16-1-41.1 School board governance improvement. (a) This section shall be known and
may be cited as the School Board Governance Improvement Act of 2012. (b) The Legislature finds
and declares all of the following: (1) That the purpose of this section is to enhance the

health services which are subject to this article and which are proposed to be offered or
developed within the state shall be subject to review under this article. No institutional
health services which are subject to this article shall be permitted which are inconsistent

Section 25-4-78 Disqualifications for benefits. An individual shall be disqualified for total
or partial unemployment for any of the following: (1) LABOR DISPUTE IN PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT.
For any week in which an individual's total or partial unemployment is directly due to a labor
dispute still in active progress in the establishment in which he or she is or was last employed.
For the purposes of this section only, the term labor dispute includes any controversy concerning
