Section 13A-12-281 Additional penalties prescribed. (a) In addition to any disposition and
fine authorized by Sections 13A-12-202, 13A-12-203, 13A-12-204, 13A-12-211, 13A-12-212, 13A-12-213,
13A-12-215, or 13A-12-231, or any other statute indicating the dispositions that can be ordered
for such a conviction, every person convicted of a violation of any offense defined in the
sections set forth above, shall be assessed for each offense an additional penalty fixed at
one thousand dollars ($1,000) for a first offense and two thousand dollars ($2,000) for a
second or subsequent offense. (b) All penalties provided for in this division shall be in
addition to and not in lieu of any fine authorized by law or required to be imposed pursuant
to the provisions of the controlled substance statutes set forth in subsection (a) of this
section, and nothing in this division shall be deemed to affect or suspend any other criminal

Section 16-46-10 Violations of chapter; penalties. It shall be unlawful for any person to violate
this chapter. Any person required by this chapter to have a license or permit who shall do
in this state any business of the nature described in this chapter without first obtaining
such a license or permit as required of him or her by this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor
and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500)
or a term of imprisonment not to exceed six months, or both. Each day's violation of this

Section 36-27-27 Making of false statement, etc., for purpose of defrauding retirement system;
correction of errors in records and payments to beneficiaries or members. (a) Any person who

Section 40-26-16 Failure to add tax to price of service; refund or absorption of tax prohibited.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation engaged in or continuing within this
state in any business for which a license or privilege tax is required by this chapter to
fail or refuse to add to the price of the service rendered the amount due by the taxpayer

association, copartnership, corporation, company, or other organization to organize, operate,

beverages purchased by persons, firms, etc., without state. Every wholesale dealer or distributor
shall furnish to the board a monthly report between the first and tenth of each month for
