Section 7-9A-102 Definitions and index of definitions. (a) Article 9A definitions. In this article: (1) "Accession" means goods that are physically united with other goods in such a manner that the identity of the original goods is not lost. Section 45-8A-22.118 Maximum benefits; limitations; adjustments. (a) Annual Benefit and Final Regulations Under Internal Revenue Code Section 415. (1) Annual Benefit. For purposes of this section, "annual benefit" means the benefit payable annually under the terms of the plan, exclusive of any benefit not required to be considered for purposes of applying the limitations of Internal Revenue Code Section 415 to the plan, in the form of a straight life annuity with no ancillary benefits. Section 25-4-78 Disqualifications for benefits. An individual shall be disqualified for total or partial unemployment for any of the following: (1) LABOR DISPUTE IN PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT. For any week in which an individual's total or partial unemployment is directly due to a labor dispute still in active progress in the establishment in which he or she is or was last employed. Section 39-2-12 Partial and final payments of contractors by awarding authorities. (a) As used in this section the following words shall have the meanings ascribed to them as follows: (1) CONTRACTOR. Any natural person, partnership, company, firm, corporation, association, limited liability company, cooperative, or other legal entity licensed by the Alabama State Licensing Board for General Contractors. Section 31-2-104 Courts-martial for members of National Guard - Persons authorized to execute processes and sentences. All processes and sentences of any of the military courts of this state shall be executed by any sheriff, deputy sheriff, constable, or police officer, or by any person deputized by the military court, into whose hands the same may be placed for service or execution, and such officer shall make return thereof to the officer issuing or imposing the same.
