Section 31-2-27 Unauthorized use of military property for private purposes. No officer or enlisted
man shall use, except upon military duty or by special permission of his commanding officer,
any articles of military property belonging to the United States or the State of Alabama,
and upon the use of such property for private purposes, without legal authority, he shall

have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this subsection, except in those instances
