Section 31-2-99 Courts-martial for members of National Guard - Employment of court reporter. The employment of a reporter may be authorized by the convening authorities for any general or special court-martial. When a reporter is employed, he shall be paid upon the certificate of the judge advocate and upon the approval of the Governor from the regular military appropriations such fees as are provided by law for an official reporter. (a) Any permittee or operator who violates any permit condition or who violates any other provision of this article, may be assessed a civil penalty by the regulatory authority, except that if such violation leads to the issuance of a cessation order under Section 9-16-93, the civil penalty shall be assessed.
