Section 45-17-81.11 Definitions. For purposes of this subpart, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) DISTRICT ATTORNEY. The elected District Attorney of the Thirty-first Judicial Circuit or any of his or her staff. (2) LAW ENFORCEMENT or LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER. Any person who is employed by an agency or department whose purpose is to protect people. Section 30-5-8 Notice of hearing or other order to be sent to parties; registration of information; automated process; additional fines. (a) A person commits the crime of criminal littering if he or she engages in any of the following acts: (1) Knowingly deposits in any manner litter on any public or private property or in any public or private waters without permission to do so. (a) No business entity, employer, or public employer shall knowingly employ, hire for employment, or continue to employ an unauthorized alien to perform work within the State of Alabama.
