Section 45-21A-10.03 Notice of violation; civil penalty. (a) Prior to imposing a civil penalty
pursuant to this article, the City of Brantley shall first mail a notice of violation by certified
U.S. mail, return receipt requested, to the owner of the motor vehicle which is recorded by
the automated photographic speeding enforcement system that committed a speeding violation.
The notice shall be sent not later than the 30th day after the date the speeding violation
is recorded to the following: (1) The owner's address as shown on the registration records
of the Alabama Department of Revenue. (2) If the vehicle is registered in another state or
country, to the owner's address as shown on the motor vehicle registration records of the
department or agency of the other state or country analogous to the Alabama Department of

Section 13A-11-79 Dealers' licenses - Issuance; conditions; display; fees. (a) The duly constituted
licensing authorities of any city, town or political subdivision of this state may grant licenses
in forms prescribed by the secretary of state, effective for not more than one year from date
of issue, permitting the licensee to sell pistols at retail within this state subject to the
following conditions, for breach of any of which the license shall be forfeited and the licensee
subject to punishment as provided in this division. The business shall be carried on only
in the building designated in the license. The license or a copy thereof, certified by the

reports received by the State Department of Education from the Department of Public Safety

Section 30-3C-7 Factors to determine risk of abduction. (a) In determining whether there is
a credible risk of abduction of a child, the court shall consider any evidence that the petitioner

Section 32-8-46 Transfer of ownership - By operation of law. (a)(1) If the interest of an owner
in a vehicle passes to another other than by voluntary transfer, the transferee shall, except
as hereinafter provided in subsection (b), promptly mail or deliver to a designated agent
the last certificate of title, if available, and proof of the transfer, together with his
or her application for a new certificate in the form the department prescribes. (2) Except
