Section 16-22-13.2 Fiscal year 2002-2003 adjustments. (a) Pay increases, FY 2002-2003. The State Budget Officer shall allocate to the State Board of Education, the Board of Trustees of the Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind, the Board of Youth Services School District, the Board of Directors of the Alabama School of Fine Arts, and the Board of Trustees of the Alabama School of Mathematics and Science for disbursement to the employees thereof funds based on the criteria established in this section. It is not the intent of this section to make appropriations, but the appropriations required by this section shall be made in the annual budget act for the public schools and colleges. Section 16-6D-4 Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) ACADEMIC YEAR. Section 40-17-371 Cost of collection; distribution of tax proceeds. (a) The Alabama Department of Revenue shall retain one-quarter of one percent (0.25%) of the tax proceeds, less any refunds, from this additional excise tax on gasoline and diesel fuel for its cost of collection. The department may adopt rules and such forms as may be necessary for the administration of the excise tax provided for in this article. (a)(1) The Commissioner of the Department of Insurance shall prescribe a standard health insurance claim form to be used by all hospitals.
