Section 24-10-7 Requirements for eligibility. (a) In order for a proposal to be an activity eligible for support, the following minimum requirements must be met: (1) Beneficiaries of the activity must be individuals or families whose annual income or incomes do not exceed 60 percent of the median family income of a geographic area, as determined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, with adjustments for smaller and larger families. (2) Housing to be funded must meet minimum housing quality standards set forth by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. (3) Housing to be funded must comply with the design standards of the Americans with Disabilities Act. (4) Housing to be funded must meet the same requirements for duration of affordability as set forth in the rules of ADECA for its HOME Investment Partnership Program, with priority given to housing that is to be affordable in perpetuity. Section 32-5A-191.2 Administration and disposition of funds in Alabama Head and Spinal Cord Injury Trust Fund. (a) Beginning October 1, 1994, moneys in the Alabama Head and Spinal Cord Injury Trust Fund shall be distributed to the Division of Rehabilitation Services in the State Department of Education for the following purposes: (1) As a payer of last resort for the costs of care provided in this state for citizens of this state who have survived neuro-trauma with head or spinal cord injuries. Section 25-14-10 Professional Employer Organization Registration Administrative Trust Fund. (a) There is established in the State Treasury a fund entitled the Professional Employer Organization Registration Administrative Trust Fund. Fees and assessments provided by this chapter collected by the department shall be deposited in the fund.
