it shall be unlawful for any person to print, publish, or divulge, without the written permission
or approval of the taxpayer, the return of any taxpayer or any part of the return, or any
information secured in arriving at the amount of tax or value reported, for any purpose other
than the proper administration of any matter administered by the department, a county, or
a municipality, or upon order of any court, or as otherwise allowed in this section. Statistical
information pertaining to taxes may be disclosed at the discretion of the commissioner or

Section 8-26B-5 Registration as athlete agent; application; requirements; reciprocal registration.
(a) An applicant for registration as an athlete agent shall submit an application for registration
to the Secretary of State in a form prescribed by the Secretary of State. The applicant must

Section 12-15-314 Dispositions for dependent children. (a) If a child is found to be dependent,
the juvenile court may make any of the following orders of disposition to protect the welfare
of the child: (1) Permit the child to remain with the parent, legal guardian, or other legal

Section 17-3-52 Examination and oath of applicants; disclosure of information. The board of
registrars shall have power to examine, under oath or affirmation, all applicants for registration,
and to take testimony touching the qualifications of such applicants, but no applicant shall

Section 5-2A-82 Appeals from acts of bureau or supervisor. Any person aggrieved by any order
