Section 30-3-4.2 Grandparent visitation. (a) For the purposes of this section, the following words have the following meanings: (1) GRANDPARENT. The parent of a parent, whether the relationship is created biologically or by adoption. (2) HARM. A finding by the court, by clear and convincing evidence, that without court-ordered visitation by the grandparent, the child's emotional, mental, or physical well-being has been, could reasonably be, or would be jeopardized. (a) The department shall institute a proceeding against a licensee for the imposition of licensee penalties by filing and serving a complaint as to the licensee, giving notice thereof to the licensee and all insurers the licensee is licensed or appointed to represent. Section 5-17-8 Reports to Administrator of Alabama Credit Union Administration; powers of administrator. (a) Credit unions shall report to the Administrator of the Alabama Credit Union Administration at least annually on or before January 31 in such manner and form as required by the administrator for that purpose.
