Section 30-3D-319 Receipt and disbursement of payments. (a) A support enforcement agency or
tribunal of this state shall disburse promptly any amounts received pursuant to a support
order, as directed by the order. The agency or tribunal shall furnish to a requesting party
or tribunal of another state or a foreign country a certified statement by the custodian of
the record of the amounts and dates of all payments received. (b) If neither the obligor,
nor the obligee who is an individual, nor the child resides in this state, upon request from
the support enforcement agency of this state or another state, the support enforcement agency
or a tribunal of this state shall: (1) direct that the support payment be made to the support
enforcement agency in the state in which the obligee is receiving services; and (2) issue
and send to the obligor's employer a conforming income-withholding order or an administrative

Section 30-3D-316 Special rules of evidence and procedure. (a) The physical presence of a nonresident
party who is an individual in a tribunal of this state is not required for the establishment,
enforcement, or modification of a support order or the rendition of a judgment determining

Section 30-3D-607 Contest of registration or enforcement. (a) A party contesting the validity
or enforcement of a registered support order or seeking to vacate the registration has the
burden of proving one or more of the following defenses: (1) the issuing tribunal lacked personal

Section 30-3-6 Bond, security, or other guarantee to secure payment of overdue support or compliance
with visitation order. (a) As used in this section, the following terms shall have the following

Section 30-3B-109 Appearance and limited immunity. (a) When making a special appearance a party
to a child custody proceeding, including a modification proceeding, or a petitioner or respondent
in a proceeding to enforce or register a child custody determination, is not subject to personal
jurisdiction in this state for another proceeding or purpose solely by reason of having participated,

Section 25-11-2 Legislative findings and intent. The Legislature finds that individuals need
to take more personal responsibility for their actions. The Legislature further finds that
certain individuals are not meeting their legal child support obligations. It is the express
intent of the Legislature that individuals with legal child support obligations be located
and required to take financial responsibility for their children by paying these child support
obligations. A "new hire" reporting procedure shall require employers to obtain
certain information from newly hired, recalled, or rehired individuals. This information shall
be reported to the Department of Labor which shall form a State Directory of New Hires and
the information shall be used by the Department of Human Resources to cross-match these individuals

Section 30-3D-802 Conditions of rendition. (a) Before making a demand that the governor of
another state surrender an individual charged criminally in this state with having failed
to provide for the support of an obligee, the governor of this state may require a prosecutor
of this state to demonstrate that at least 60 days previously the obligee had initiated proceedings
for support pursuant to this chapter or that the proceeding would be of no avail. (b) If,
under this chapter or a law substantially similar to this chapter, the governor of another
