Section 30-3D-604 Choice of law. (a) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (d), the law
of the issuing state or foreign country governs: (1) the nature, extent, amount, and duration
of current payments under a registered support order; (2) the computation and payment of arrearages
and accrual of interest on the arrearages under the support order; and (3) the existence and
satisfaction of other obligations under the support order. (b) In a proceeding for arrears
under a registered support order, the statute of limitation of this state, or of the issuing

Section 30-3D-311 Pleadings and accompanying documents. (a) In a proceeding under this chapter,
a petitioner seeking to establish a support order, to determine parentage of a child, or to
register and modify a support order of a tribunal of another state or a foreign country must

Section 30-3D-710 Foreign support agreement. (a) Except as otherwise provided in subsections
(c) and (d), a tribunal of this state shall recognize and enforce a foreign support agreement

in this article, a party who is an individual or a support enforcement agency seeking recognition

in the fairness of the state tax system, the state shall provide an independent agency with
