Section 45-37A-331.34 Notice of violation; civil penalty. (a) Prior to imposing a civil penalty
pursuant to this subpart, the City of Midfield shall first mail a notice of violation by certified
United States mail, return receipt requested, to the owner of the motor vehicle which is recorded
by the automated photographic speeding enforcement system that committed a speeding violation.
The notice shall be sent not later than the 30th day after the date the speeding violation
is recorded to the following: (1) The owner's address as shown on the registration records
of the Alabama Department of Revenue. (2) If the vehicle is registered in another state or
country, to the owner's address as shown on the motor vehicle registration records of the
department or agency of the other state or country analogous to the Alabama Department of

Section 22-9A-7 Registration of births. (a) A certificate of birth for each live birth that
occurs in this state shall be filed with the Office of Vital Statistics, or as otherwise directed
by the State Registrar, within five days after the birth and shall be registered if it has

Section 26-10-25 Subsidies - Agreements; type; amount; duration; limitation. When parents are
found and approved for adoption of a child certified as eligible for subsidy, and before the
final decree of adoption is issued, there must be a written agreement between the State Department
of Human Resources and the adopting family as to the terms and conditions of the subsidy.
Upon determination of eligibility, adoption subsidies in individual cases may commence at
any time after the adoption placement or at the appropriate time after the adoption decree,
and will vary with the needs of the child and as negotiated with the adoptive parent or parents,

Section 15-20A-25 Adult sex offender - Relief from employment restriction. (a) A sex offender
may petition at sentencing, or if after sentencing, a sex offender may file a petition in
the civil division of the circuit court in the county where the sex offender seeks to accept
