Section 12-15-136 Proceedings for sealing legal and social files and records of courts, pertaining to certain persons and effect thereof. (a) On motion of a person who has been the subject of a delinquency or child in need of supervision petition , the juvenile court may order the sealing of the legal and social files and records of the juvenile court pertaining to the person if it finds that: (1) Two years have elapsed since the final discharge of the person from legal custody or supervision or two years after the entry of any other order of the juvenile court not involving custody or supervision; and (2) The person has not been convicted or adjudicated delinquent or a youthful offender of any felony or a misdemeanor involving sexual offenses, drugs, weapons, or violence, or threats of violence, prior to the filing of the motion and no proceeding is pending seeking the conviction or adjudication. (a) For the purposes of this section, sexually exploited child shall mean an individual under the age of 18 years who is under the jurisdiction of the juvenile court and who has been subjected to sexual exploitation because he or she is any of the following: (1) A victim of the crime of human trafficking sexual servitude as provided in Section 13A-6-150, et seq. Section 26-10A-25 Final decree; dispositional hearing. (a) When the pre-placement investigation has been completed and approved or the investigation has been waived for good cause shown, the petition for adoption shall be set for a dispositional hearing as soon as possible or no later than 90 days after the filing of the petition. (a) When the spouse or children of an active or retired participant shall be entitled to benefits under the plan, such spouse or children shall make, or cause to be made, an application to the retirement board through the secretary-treasurer which shall demonstrate (1) proof of the marriage of such participant to the spouse or (2) the ages of the participant's children by birth certificate or other competent evidence, as the case may be.
