Section 10A-8A-8.07 Other claims against dissolved partnership. Notwithstanding Sections 10A-1-9.01
and 10A-1-9.22: (a) A dissolved partnership may publish notice of its dissolution and request
that persons with claims against the dissolved partnership present them in accordance with
the notice. (b) The notice authorized by subsection (a) must: (1) be published at least one
time in a newspaper of general circulation in the county in which the dissolved partnership's
principal office in this state is located, and if none, was last located; (2) describe the
information that must be included in a claim and provide a mailing address to which the claim

Section 30-3B-305 Registration of child custody determination. (a) A child custody determination
issued by a court of another state may be registered in this state, with or without a simultaneous
request for enforcement, by sending to the appropriate court in this state: (1) A letter or
other document requesting registration; (2) Two copies, including one certified copy, of the
determination sought to be registered, and a statement under penalty of perjury that to the
best of the knowledge and belief of the person seeking registration the order has not been
modified; and (3) Except as otherwise provided in Section 30-3B-209, the name and address
of the person seeking registration and any parent or person acting as a parent who has been

Section 30-3B-205 Notice; opportunity to be heard; joinder. (a) Before a child custody determination
is made under this chapter, notice and an opportunity to be heard in accordance with the standards
of Section 30-3B-108 must be given to all persons entitled to notice under the law of this
state as in child custody proceedings between residents of this state, any parent whose parental
rights have not been previously terminated, and any person having physical custody of the
child. (b) This chapter does not govern the enforceability of a child custody determination

Section 30-3C-4 Actions for abduction prevention measures. (a) A court on its own motion may
order abduction prevention measures in a child-custody proceeding if the court finds that
the evidence establishes a credible risk of abduction of the child. (b) A party to a child-custody

Section 30-3B-206 Simultaneous proceedings. (a) Except as otherwise provided in Section 30-3B-204,
a court of this state may not exercise its jurisdiction under this article if, at the time

Section 30-3C-2 Definitions. In this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings:
(1) ABDUCTION. The wrongful removal or wrongful retention of a child. (2) CHILD. An unemancipated

Section 12-15-131 Issuance of orders restraining conduct of parties to proceedings. In any
proceeding commenced pursuant to this chapter, on motion of the juvenile court or on motion
of a party, the juvenile court may make an order restraining the conduct of any party over
whom the juvenile court has obtained jurisdiction, if all of the following occur: (1) An order
of disposition of a delinquent child, dependent child, or a child in need of supervision has
been made in a proceeding pursuant to this chapter. (2) The juvenile court finds that the
conduct of the party is or may be detrimental or harmful to the delinquent child, dependent
child, or child in need of supervision and will tend to defeat the execution of the order

state may request the appropriate court of another state to: (1) Hold an evidentiary hearing;
