Section 26-1A-203 Construction of authority generally. Except as otherwise provided in the
power of attorney, by executing a power of attorney that incorporates by reference a subject
described in Sections 26-1A-204 through 26-1A-217 or that grants to an agent authority to
do all acts that a principal could do pursuant to Section 26-1A-201(c), a principal authorizes

Section 41-22-13 Rules of evidence in contested cases. In contested cases: (1) The rules of
evidence as applied in nonjury civil cases in the circuit courts of this state shall be followed.
When necessary to ascertain facts not reasonably susceptible of proof under those rules, evidence
not admissible thereunder may be admitted (except where precluded by statute) if it is of
a type commonly relied upon by reasonably prudent persons in the conduct of their affairs.
Agencies shall give effect to the rules of privilege recognized by law. Except as hereinafter

Section 5-3A-3 Disclosure of information obtained by superintendent, bank examiners, etc. (a)
Neither the superintendent, any member of the Banking Board, nor any bank examiner or other
state employee shall disclose the condition and affairs of any bank or bank holding company,
or their subsidiaries or other affiliates, ascertained by an examination of such bank, or
bank holding company, or affiliates, or report or give information as to persons who are depositors
or debtors of a bank, except as authorized or required by law; provided, that this section
shall not be construed to prevent bank examiners and other employees from reporting such information

Section 10A-2A-13.20 Notice of appraisal rights. (a) Where any corporate action specified in
Section 10A-2A-13.02(a) is to be submitted to a vote at a stockholders' meeting, the meeting
notice (or where no approval of the corporate action is required pursuant to Section 10A-2A-11.04(j),
the offer made pursuant to Section 10A-2A-11.04(j)), must state that the corporation has concluded

Section 10A-2A-14.14 Election to purchase in lieu of dissolution. (a) In a proceeding under
Section 10A-2A-14.10(a)(2) to dissolve a corporation, the corporation may elect or, if it
fails to elect, one or more stockholders may elect to purchase all stock owned by the petitioning
stockholder at the fair value of the stock. An election pursuant to this section shall be
irrevocable unless the court determines that it is equitable to set aside or modify the election.
(b) An election to purchase pursuant to this section may be filed with the court at any time

refers an individual at or near death to a procurement organization, the organization shall
make a reasonable search of the records of the Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency and any
donor registry that it knows exists for the geographical area in which the individual resides
to ascertain whether the individual has made an anatomical gift. (b) A procurement organization
must be allowed reasonable access to information in the records of the Alabama State Law Enforcement

A person commits the crime of dealing in false identification documents if he or she knowingly
reproduces, manufactures, sells, or offers for sale any identification document which does
