Section 26-2B-210 Information to be submitted to court. (a) Except as otherwise provided in this section, each party, in its first pleading or in an attached affidavit, shall give information, if reasonably ascertainable, under oath as to the respondent's present address or whereabouts and the places and addresses where the respondent has lived during the last five years. (a) A certificate registered under this chapter may be amended only in accordance with this chapter and rules adopted by the board to protect the integrity and accuracy of vital records.
