Section 19-3D-2 THIS SECTION WAS ASSIGNED BY THE CODE COMMISSIONER IN THE 2018 REGULAR SESSION,
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2019. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT. DEFINITIONS. In this
chapter the following terms have the following meanings: (1) APPOINTIVE PROPERTY. The property
or property interest subject to a power of appointment. (2) ASCERTAINABLE STANDARD. A standard
relating to an individual's health, education, support, or maintenance within the meaning
of 26 U.S.C. Section 2041(b)(1)(A), as amended, or 26 U.S.C. Section 2514(c)(1), as amended,
and any applicable regulations. (3) AUTHORIZED FIDUCIARY. (A) A trustee or other fiduciary,
other than a settlor, that has the discretion to distribute or direct a trustee to distribute
part or all of the principal of the first trust to one or more current beneficiaries; (B)
a special fiduciary appointed under Section 19-3D-9; or (C) a special-needs fiduciary under

Section 9-16-74 Surface Mining Commission - Powers. In addition to any other powers conferred
on it by law, the commission shall have the power to do all of the following: (1) Adopt, amend,

Section 16-33B-4 Basic powers and duties of the Alabama Commission on Higher Education for
the Alabama Guaranteed Student Loan Program. (a) Basic powers. The Alabama Commission on Higher

Section 41-22-20 Judicial review of preliminary, procedural, etc., actions or rulings and final
decisions in contested cases. (a) A person who has exhausted all administrative remedies available
within the agency, other than rehearing, and who is aggrieved by a final decision in a contested

Section 30-3D-319 Receipt and disbursement of payments. (a) A support enforcement agency or
tribunal of this state shall disburse promptly any amounts received pursuant to a support
order, as directed by the order. The agency or tribunal shall furnish to a requesting party
or tribunal of another state or a foreign country a certified statement by the custodian of

Section 30-3D-606 Procedure to contest validity or enforcement of registered support order.
(a) A nonregistering party seeking to contest the validity or enforcement of a registered
support order in this state shall request a hearing within the time required by Section 30-3D-605.
The nonregistering party may seek to vacate the registration, to assert any defense to an
allegation of noncompliance with the registered order, or to contest the remedies being sought
or the amount of any alleged arrearages pursuant to Section 30-3D-607. (b) If the nonregistering
