Section 34-26-40 Required; exceptions; psychological interns or trainees. (a) It is
specifically prohibited that any individual or organization shall present himself, herself,
or it, or be presented to the public by any title incorporating the name "psychological,"
"psychologist," or "psychology" other than so licensed by this chapter.
Any psychological scientist, including a school psychologist who holds a certificate issued
by the State Superintendent of Education, employed by a recognized research laboratory, school,
college, university, or governmental agency or department may represent himself or herself
by the academic or research title conferred upon him or her by the administration of the laboratory,
school, college or university, or any governmental agency or department. Nothing in this section

of Commerce shall be the principal staff agency of the executive branch to plan with the other
departments of state government and with other governmental units for the comprehensive development

incentives. (a) For the purpose of this section, the term economic tax incentive shall
mean any tax credits, deductions, exemptions, abatements, preferential rates, or rebates given

Section 40-9-60 Certificates of exemption for persons or companies exempt from sales,
use, and lodging taxes. (a) All persons or companies, including, but not limited to, those
cited in this chapter, other than governmental entities, which have statutory exemption from

23 of this title, or lodgings taxes levied in Chapter 26 of this title, regardless of the

Section 41-29-3 Project notification; applications. (a)(1) The Secretary of Commerce
shall be notified in writing about the general parameters of a project if an entity is considering
locating or expanding a facility at a site within this state and intends to claim any of the
incentives provided by the State of Alabama that are described in subdivision (2) (the "required
notification"). The required notification should be made as soon as the project's parameters
are generally known or when a site or sites have been identified by a project entity or a
