Section 16-61E-2 Definitions; purchase authorization; competitive bids; applicability of public
contract laws. (a) For purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the following
meanings: (1) EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION. Educational and eleemosynary institutions governed
by boards of trustees or similar governing bodies, state trade schools, state junior colleges,

Section 16-6D-6 Innovation plan. (a) The innovation plan of a local school system shall include,
at a minimum, all of the following: (1) The school year that the local school system expects
the school flexibility contract to begin. (2) The list of state laws, regulations, and policies,
including rules, regulations, and policies promulgated by the State Board of Education and
the State Department of Education, that the local school system is seeking to waive in its

Section 22-11B-1 Health care providers upon request required to give immunization status of
patients. (a) Notwithstanding any of the confidentiality provisions in Chapter 11A of this
title, or any other provisions of law, every public and private health care provider shall,
upon request of the persons or entities herein identified, provide information concerning
the immunization status of any patient in accordance with rules promulgated by the State Board

Section 22-6-154 Quality assurance committee; collection and publication of information. (a)
The Medicaid Agency shall create a quality assurance committee appointed by the Medicaid Commissioner.
The members of the committee shall serve two-year terms. At least 60 percent of the members
shall be physicians who provide care to Medicaid beneficiaries served by a regional care organization.
In making appointments to the committee, the Medicaid Commissioner shall seek input from the
appropriate professional associations. (b) The committee shall identify objective outcome
and quality measures, including measures of outcome and quality for ambulatory care, inpatient
care, chemical dependency and mental health treatment, oral health care, and all other health

Section 27-5A-7 Required contract provisions; reinsurance intermediary-managers. Transactions
between a reinsurance intermediary-manager and the reinsurer it represents in that capacity
shall only be entered into pursuant to a written contract, specifying the responsibilities
of each party, which shall be approved by the reinsurer's board of directors. At least 30
days before a reinsurer assumes or cedes business through a producer, a true copy of the approved
