Section 9-2-121 Land Resources Information Center; survey and compilation of data; agencies to file legal instruments. (a) There is hereby created and established within the Lands Division of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources a State Land Resources Information Center which shall compile certain data and information as hereinafter prescribed on all state owned lands, including those lands owned by state supported educational institutions, excepting however, lands acquired for highway rights of way. The Interstate Compact for Juveniles is enacted into law and entered into with all jurisdictions mutually adopting the compact in the form substantially as follows: THE INTERSTATE COMPACT FOR JUVENILES Article I. (a) Any residential home builder who desires to receive a new or renewal license under this chapter shall make and file with the board 30 days prior to the next meeting of the board a written application on a form prescribed by the board.
