Section 33-19-1 Apalachicola-Chattahoochee-Flint River Basin Compact. The State of Alabama hereby agrees to the following interstate compact known as the Apalachicola-Chattahoochee-Flint River Basin Compact: Apalachicola-Chattahoochee-Flint River Basin Compact The States of Alabama, Florida and Georgia and the United States of America hereby agree to the following compact which shall become effective upon enactment of concurrent legislation by each respective state legislature and the Congress of the United States. The grain dealer, after being notified of the commissioner's decision to suspend, revoke, refuse to renew or refuse to initially issue a license may request a hearing before the commissioner concerning his action. (a) The Department of Human Resources, Child Support Enforcement Division, may establish a program for the publication, in newspapers with general circulation throughout the state, of a listing of 10 child support obligors in any county who are delinquent in their support payments. Each publication shall display photographs of and information about the 10 obligors in any county who are liable for support arrearages and whose whereabouts are unknown to child support agencies.
