Section 30-3-167 Disclosure exceptions. (a) In order to protect the identifying information
of persons at risk from the effects of domestic violence or abuse, on a finding by the court
that the health, safety, or liberty of a person or a child would be unreasonably put at risk
by the disclosure of the identifying information required by Section 30-3-163 or Section 30-3-164
in conjunction with a proposed change of principal residence of a child or change of principal
residence of a person having custody of or rights of visitation with a child, the court may
order any or all of the following: (1) The specific residence address and telephone number
of a child or the person having custody of or rights of visitation with a child and other
identifying information shall not be disclosed in the pleadings, other documents filed in
the proceeding, or in any order issued by the court, except for in camera disclosures. (2)

Section 26-10C-1 Registration of putative fathers; notice of intent to claim paternity; release
of information. (a) The Department of Human Resources shall establish a putative father registry
which shall record the names, Social Security number, date of birth, and addresses of the

Section 12-15-314 Dispositions for dependent children. (a) If a child is found to be dependent,
the juvenile court may make any of the following orders of disposition to protect the welfare
of the child: (1) Permit the child to remain with the parent, legal guardian, or other legal

Compact. The Emergency Medical Services Personnel Licensure Interstate Compact is hereby enacted
into law and entered into with all other jurisdictions legally joining therein in form substantially
as follows: SECTION 1. PURPOSE In order to protect the public through verification of competency
and ensure accountability for patient care related activities all states license emergency
medical services (EMS) personnel, such as emergency medical technicians (EMTs), advanced EMTs

across state boundaries in the performance of their EMS duties as assigned by an appropriate

Section 34-27-36 Disciplinary action - Generally. (a) The commission or its staff may on its
own, or on the verified complaint in writing of any person, investigate the actions and records
of a licensee. The commission may issue subpoenas and compel the testimony of witnesses and
the production of records and documents during an investigation. If probable cause is found,
a formal complaint shall be filed and the commission shall hold a hearing on the formal complaint.
The commission shall revoke or suspend the license or impose a fine of not less than one hundred
