of persons at risk from the effects of domestic violence or abuse, on a finding by the court
that the health, safety, or liberty of a person or a child would be unreasonably put at risk

Section 12-15-314 Dispositions for dependent children. (a) If a child is found to be dependent,
the juvenile court may make any of the following orders of disposition to protect the welfare
of the child: (1) Permit the child to remain with the parent, legal guardian, or other legal

outside this state, the provisions of Sections 30-3B-101 to 30-3B-314, inclusive, shall apply

issued by a court of another state may be registered in this state, with or without a simultaneous
request for enforcement, by sending to the appropriate court in this state: (1) A letter or
