Section 22-8A-11 Surrogate; requirements; attending physician consulted, intent of patient followed; persons who may serve as surrogate; priority; validity of decisions; liability; form; declaratory and injunctive relief; penalties. Every generator, transporter, and owner and operator of a treatment, storage or disposal facility of hazardous wastes shall establish and maintain such records for a three-year period, make such reports and furnish such information pertaining to the generation, transportation, treatment, storage or disposal of said waste, and install, use and maintain such monitoring equipment or methods, sample such wastes, materials, soils or waters, in accordance with such methods and procedures, at such locations and times, as the department shall require. Section 40-2B-2 Alabama Tax Tribunal. (a) Statement of Purpose. To increase public confidence in the fairness of the state tax system, the state shall provide an independent agency with tax expertise to resolve disputes between the Department of Revenue and taxpayers, prior to requiring the payment of the amounts in issue or the posting of a bond, but after the taxpayer has had a full opportunity to attempt settlement with the Department of Revenue based, among other things, on the hazards of litigation.
