Section 40-2-11 Powers and duties generally. (a) All covered property, unless otherwise provided in this section, shall be insured for no more than its replacement cost and shall be insured for no less than 80 percent of its actual cash value. (a) Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 36-29-14, the board shall have exclusive responsibility and control over the program as of 12:01 a.m. on January 1, 2015.
