Section 8-26B-31 Disposition of funds; Alabama Athlete Agents Fund. (a) All moneys collected for registrations and all fines collected for violations of this chapter shall be paid to the Secretary of State, who shall deposit them in a special fund in the State Treasury for the use of the commission. (b) There is hereby created in the State Treasury a fund to be known and designated as the Alabama Athlete Agents Fund. All funds, fees, charges, costs, and collections accruing to or collected under the provisions of this chapter shall be deposited into the State Treasury to the credit of the Alabama Athlete Agents Fund. Section 9-13-84 Payment and disposition of taxes generally; Special State Forestry Fund; appropriation of tax receipts for use of State Forestry Commission. (a) The taxes imposed by this article, and any other taxes imposed on the severance of forest products, shall be due and payable quarterly to the department and, when collected, shall be paid by the department into the State Treasury. All such mileage tax, penalties, fees and amounts collected under this chapter shall be paid into the Treasury within 30 days after their receipt and shall be kept separate and apart from all other funds by the Treasurer in a fund to be known as the Motor Carrier Fund.
