Section 32-6-5 Reports; disposition of funds. At the close of business on Monday of each week when any application has been received or temporary instruction permit provided for in this article has been issued, the judge of probate or Department of Public Safety receiving the application or issuing the permit shall prepare a report of the same upon a form which shall be provided by the Director of Public Safety. One copy of the report, together with all applications received and copies of all permits issued, shall be forwarded to the Director of Public Safety and one copy shall be retained by the judge of probate. On the tenth day of every month except October, November, and December, the judge of probate and the Department of Public Safety shall prepare a report showing the number of applications received and permits issued and the amount of fees received during the previous calendar month. Section 34-39-6 Board of Occupational Therapy established; composition; fund created. (a) There is established the Alabama State Board of Occupational Therapy. (1) The board shall consist of five members, four of whom shall be involved in the practice of occupational therapy, of which one shall be an occupational therapy assistant. The remaining member shall be a member of another health profession or a member of the public with an interest in the rights or the concerns of health services. Each member of the board shall be a citizen of this state. (a) The Director of ADECA may establish and administer the broadband accessibility grant program for the purpose of promoting the deployment and adoption of broadband Internet access services to unserved areas. By June 26, 2018, the director shall adopt rules and policies to administer the program and begin to accept applications for grants, and shall adopt such rules as may be necessary to meet the future needs of the grant program. (b) The program shall be administered pursuant to policies developed by ADECA in compliance with this article. (a) This section and Section 41-22-5.2 shall be known and may be cited as "The Red Tape Reduction Act." (b) When an agency files a notice of intent to adopt, amend, or repeal any rule, the agency shall make its best efforts to notify the public of the proposed rule.
