Section 34-1-2 Definitions. THIS SECTION WAS AMENDED BY ACT 2018-106 IN THE 2018 REGULAR SESSION, EFFECTIVE MAY 1, 2018. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT. (a) The commissioner shall issue reasonable regulations to establish specific standards for policy provisions of Medicare supplement policies and certificates.
