Section 45-45A-32.02 Successor to Trustees of Green Academy. (a) The Huntsville City
Board of Education is declared to be the successor to the Trustees of Green Academy, a body
corporate established on November 25, 1812, by the Legislative Council and the House of Representatives
of the Mississippi Territory. (b) With respect to any real, personal, or mixed property owned
by the trustees, and any other provision of law to the contrary notwithstanding, the board
may assign, convey, deed, exchange, lease, sell, or otherwise dispose of or transfer, or encumber,
mortgage, pledge, or subject to security interests, such property, on such terms as the board
deems necessary or appropriate. Any modification to the exterior of any structure located
on such property shall comply with the historic property preservation requirements provided
in Section 11-68-9, and any rules promulgated pursuant to that section. The

Section 21-3A-4 Composition; appointment and duties of members. (a) For the purposes
of implementing this chapter, the Governor shall appoint the Interagency Coordinating Council.
The council shall consist of not less than 15 members nor more than the number allowed by
regulation. (b) The Governor shall designate a member of the council to serve as the chair,
or shall require the council to designate a member to serve as the chair. (c) The council

shall be construed as preventing or restricting the practice, services, or activities of any
of the following: (1) Any person who is licensed in Alabama or certified by an organization

Section 15-22-43 Special medical parole docket; implementation; factors considered;
annual report. (a)(1) The Board of Pardons and Paroles shall establish a special medical parole
docket and adopt the rules for implementation pursuant to Section 15-22-24(e). For
each person considered for medical parole, the board shall determine whether the person is
a geriatric inmate, permanently incapacitated inmate, or terminally ill inmate for purposes
of placing the person on a special medical parole docket to be considered for parole by the
board. An open public hearing shall be held, pursuant to Section 15-22-23, to consider
the medical parole of the inmate. Notices of the hearing shall be sent pursuant to Sections
15-22-23 and 15-22-36. The notice shall clearly state the inmate is being considered for a

Section 16-49-20 Creation; composition; nominating committee. (a)(1) There is created
a Board of Trustees for Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University, a state land-grant
educational institution at Huntsville. The membership of the board shall be inclusive and
reflect the racial, gender, geographic, urban/rural, and economic diversity of the state.
