Section 36-6-133 Revision to schedule of rates. The Director of the State Personnel
Department shall revise the schedule of rates set forth in the pay plan for state employees
and shall send the same to the state Comptroller, who shall issue warrants in accordance therewith.
With respect to all court officials and employees within the Unified Judicial System who serve
the trial and appellate courts of the state and the Administrative Office of Courts, the Administrative
Director of Courts shall revise the schedule of rates set forth in the pay plan for these
court officials and employees to reflect the increase provided in this division, and shall
certify the same to the state Comptroller, who shall issue warrants in accordance therewith.

section, it shall be unlawful for any person to print, publish, or divulge, without
the written permission or approval of the taxpayer, the return of any taxpayer or any part
of the return, or any information secured in arriving at the amount of tax or value reported,
for any purpose other than the proper administration of any matter administered by the department,
a county, or a municipality, or upon order of any court, or as otherwise allowed in this section.
Statistical information pertaining to taxes may be disclosed at the discretion of the commissioner

Section 45-37-30 Cemetery Board. (a) For the purposes of this section, the following
terms shall have the following meanings: (1) BOARD. The Jefferson County Cemetery Board. (2)
CEMETERY. Any for profit cemetery in the county where property is used or intended to be used
for the interment of human remains, including, but not limited to, any property containing
a grave, lot, crypt, niche, or mausoleum and any gravestone, headstone, or other marker therein.
