Section 41-4-354 Permanent Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on the Management of State-Owned and Leased Real Property. (a) There is created a Permanent Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on the Management of State-Owned and Leased Real Property. The committee shall consist of the Lieutenant Governor, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, three members of the House of Representatives appointed by the Speaker of the House, one of whom shall be a member of the House minority party, and three members of the Senate appointed by the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, one of whom shall be a member of the Senate minority party. Section 45-34-83 Southeast Alabama Human Development Council. (a)(1) In Henry County, the Southeast Alabama Human Development Council is hereby established as a nonprofit entity. The members of the council are the juvenile judge, chair of the county commission, sheriff, the members of the legislative delegation or their designee of Henry County, and two members appointed at-large by the Board of Directors of the Southeast Alabama Human Development Council.
